When a champion is Sacrificed, the player "regains" 85% of the champions cost. Some nora gen counters work with Sacrifice and other do not. For example, when Sacrifice is used, an opposing champion with Resonance will gain a very large damage boost. Conversely, when Sacrifice is used, an opposing champion with Nora Link does not gain any nora. It could be the case that different nora gen counters are meant to work differently but both Resonance and Nora Link mention they trigger when nora is generated (I know "regain" does not equal "generate," btw). It seems to me that either Nora Link and Resonance should both trigger off Sacrifice or neither of them should. Right now, it is a little inconsistent.
